Worqestra is the AI career operating system. Built in London for the millions of UK workers who already operate in parallel — 4.4 million self-employed, 1.3 million holding a second job, and the salaried-with-a-side majority that the incumbents missed.
LinkedIn assumed you had one job. Indeed assumed you were looking. Workday assumed you would stay. None of that is true any more. IPSE counts 4.4 million self-employed in the UK. ONS counts 9 million in non-standard work. The job market the incumbents built for is gone.
We built Worqestra for the way work actually happens. Career OS for the individual. Clans for the cohort. Workforce Intelligence for the enterprise. One product, three surfaces, one behavioural dataset underneath. That dataset is the moat — and the GDPR posture is the licence to build it.
Approval-first agents. Behavioural events keyed by a salted hash, not a name. Planned before launch: a 90-day retention limit on identifying data, a 30-day deletion route and a completed DPIA — the privacy notice says what is true today.
